Shipping And Returns Policy V2

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at farmshop@keoghs.ie. Please include your name, address and order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

UK and EU Returns Policy

 

Keogh’s will refund the purchase price to the payment card used at the time of purchase once the goods are returned. Postage costs cannot be refunded for UK and EU orders unless goods are damaged or not as described. Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

If the product you received expires within 1 month, was damaged in transit, or is otherwise defective, we will replace it with a similar version of the product at no cost to you.

This policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Damages and issues

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that all non-compliant contact made with Keogh’s must be supported by picture evidence. Keogh’s reserve the right to offer a refund of up to 50% only if less than half of the product is damaged.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom products (personalised gifts).

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The cost of return postage will not be absorbed by Keogh’s if the exchange is at the consumers discretion.

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note:

Shipping to Zone 3 and Zone 4 countries is calculated at the checkout and is subject to the specific order. We will always offer the best shipping rate available to you. There is a maximum volume order threshold in place – you will be notified at the checkout if this applies to you. If you wish to place an order above this volume threshold, please contact farmshop@keoghs.ie.

Please be aware that we do not send parcels to P.O Box or Parcel Motel addresses.

Ireland Orders

All orders are sent with Fastway and a signature will be required on delivery.

NI, UK and EU Orders

All orders will be sent by courier and a signature will be required on delivery.

International

Please note that we do not presently offer a standard delivery charge for addresses outside of Ireland, UK, EU Zone 3 and Zone 4 countries. Please contact us for more information.

Delivery Times

Provided all items are in stock, orders should be delivered within 3-5 working days in Ireland, 5-7 working days in the UK and 12-16 working days in USA.

For US customers: We ship US orders through An Post which goes into the USPS system in the US. The tracking number transfers over from An Post to USPS so you can continue tracking your order once it arrives in the USA.

Out of Stock Items

In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to persist with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Feel free to query your order at any stage by contacting us at farmshop@keoghs.ie.
